A fun, educational, engaging and open-air environment workshop for children to explore past technologies and ancient crafts! Ages 6 - 12
Join the Irish School of Archaeology for this Viking Coin Making Demonstration and Medieval Pouch Making Workshop where children will have a chance to interpret past technologies and ancient crafts in a fun, educational, engaging and open-air environment.
Suitable for ages 6-12 years. Total run time of each workshop is 45 minutes.
This event will take place outside Ballyroan library.
We will have 8 sessions throughout the day. Please attend the time you are registered for as due to safety regulations we cannot accomodate you at another time.
Covid 19 Regulations: Workshops are carried out within government and HSE guidelines. Parents/guardians will need to fill out documents on behalf of participants prior to our events. Participants emails will be forwarded to SIA for this purpose.
